What to expect

Being well-prepared for your appointment will ensure that the doctor has all of the needed information to provide the best possible care for you. It also will help relieve any unnecessary anxiety you may be feeling. Educate yourself on your symptoms by reviewing the content on this Web site. Also, take some time to review our staff page and familiarize yourself with the doctors. We look forward to your first visit.

We are committed to providing exceptional care. Unfortunately, when one patient cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another patient from being seen. Please call us by 2:00pm on the day prior to your scheduled appointment to notify us of any changes or cancellations. To cancel a Monday appointment, please call our office by 2:00pm on Friday. If prior notification is not given, you will be charged $25 for the missed appointment.

What to bring

If this is your first visit, the doctor will be better able to help diagnose and treat your problem if you bring any shoes that are bothering you or making your feet hurt, along with any inserts or orthotics you may have bought to try and address your symptoms.  Also, if your appointment relates to foot or ankle pain during a specific activity such as running, soccer or dance, please bring the shoes you wear for that activity.
